The refund policy of Steel Pier Helicopters is as follows:

All sales are final. If a flight has to be delayed due to weather or aircraft availability, you are entitled to a refund or a rescheduled flight. Weight restrictions may apply. Steel Pier Helicopters will do their best to accomodate your party, however due to weight restrictions, your party may be split in multiple groups.
